One of the most exciting parts of manfiestation is when you start receiving intuitions.
It’s guidance from the universe that’s trying to move you in the direction of your dreams.
“Go to this networking event… Leave home a little early today…Talk to this person… “
I’ve been noticing this myself with a current manifestation of mine.
There’s a lovely café I go to really often, and I’d totally love for it to become not just a place to work and read but also a place to go and always find someone you know to hang out with. (Kind of like a lounge where your friends hang out)
This is definitely possible since there are many frequent customers, and the servers themselves are very friendly.

Usually when I go there, I sit by a table where I can comfortably work on my laptop.
But the last time I went, I felt like sitting in one of the armchairs instead.
And towards closing time, something interesting happened.
A couple of the servers who were not working that evening came in and sat down in the armchairs near me.
They seemed to be waiting for the other servers to get off shift, and started talking about the strange customers they’ve experienced while working.

I had the feeling that this wasn’t accidental.
But at the same time, I don’t want to try to “orchestrate” situations. When you get a specific scenario in your head and try to make it happen, like “Oooh now I’ll find a way to join the conversation, and they’ll say this, and we’ll laugh, and then…”
It doesn’t work because you can’t control the reactions and behaviors of all the other people involved. It all falls apart the moment someone goes off your carefully thought-out script.
I tuned into my gut, which wasn’t saying anything. So I just sat and listened. One of the servers met my gaze and smiled. At one point, I interjected a short sentence when they were wondering something I knew the answer to. It didn’t spark a discussion, and I didn’t try to force one.
And after a few more minutes, I got an inner calling to pay and leave, so I did.

Walking home, I couldn’t help but wonder… Was I supposed to just go for it? What if that was my chance and I blew it…
And then I realized, wait a second. Why do I have the belief that there’s a limited number of ways to manifest what I want?
That if I miss a shot, it ruins something?
You can manifest whatever you want, and this means you can manifest having infinite opportunities to get what you want.
Therefore, I’ve only “blown my shot” if I believe that’s the case. And if it was really that key, and I’m open to hearing my intuition, it would have spoken louder.
And as soon as I had that thought, I had another one that this is exactly what this situation was meant to teach me.

How would the ideal me behave? The me who already has what I want — who already has a favorite hangout where I have a community of friends — how would she react? Would she be worried about missing a shot to make a friend? Or would she be relaxed, knowing the right people will come into my life one way or another?
She certainly wouldn’t cling to the idea of needing to become friends with a specific person or in a specific situation. She would focus on being herself and let things unfold freely, knowing that that’s the way it’s supposed to be.

Key takeaway
If you feel like you’ve messed something up or missed an opportunity while manifesting, don’t get worked up about it.
Remember, you can manifest infinite possibilities to get what you want. And the “how” is not your job — how do you know that you actually missed your chance? Maybe it was supposed to happen that way.
The version of you who already has what you want wouldn’t be freaking out about this. They would be secure in the knowledge that what you desire will inevitably be yours.
Use this affirmation if it helps: “Everything is unfolding exactly the way it should. There are plenty more opportunities coming my way.”
